I originally did a version of this piece where i just painted the queen onto a bunch of scattered cards. After i did the first piece i came up with another way to rework this idea. I had no idea how time consuming this piece would be! I made use of playing cards to create the queen herself, using all sides to create lines without actually drawing or painting them in there. Throughout the process this piece wanted to continuously bow. After awhile I figured out how to prevent that and the result turned out well. I then wanted to use pages from the original book to use as the background. ****NOT FOR SALE****
